
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from Shoekins and therefore all items are sent to you on approval with a 14 day money back guarantee (from date of dispatch).
If you wish a refund or exchange, then simply return the items to Shoekins together with the returns form. Shoes should be returned unworn in their original condition and in their undamaged shoebox. Handbags must be unused and in the original packaging. On receipt of the returned items in their original condition, Shoekins will issue a full refund of the price of the goods, excluding delivery charge, or an exchange will be made. If you wish to exchange shoes for a different size then we will send them to you postage free but this applies to one exchange and delivery to the UK only. Please note that is the responsibility of the customer for the postage of returned items to Shoekins.
Please always try on the shoes on a carpeted surface as Shoekins will not accept any damage caused to the soles of the shoes. Items that are returned in a damaged condition or with a damaged shoebox will be returned to the customer.
We recommended that you return items by Royal Mail Signed For service to ensure they are received by Shoekins as safely as possible. You can alternatively obtain a Certificate of Postage as your insurance with Royal Mail against loss/damage. We cannot give refunds for goods which are being returned to Shoekins and which are lost or damaged in the post - please contact Royal Mail for reimbursement.
If items are faulty due to a manufacturing defect, then please ring Shoekins within 48 hours for either a full refund or exchange.
